Number one, THANK YOU to our students & parents!
Thank you for being with us during this very difficult time. Gene Simmons (from Kiss) has always said: “without the fans, Kiss is nothing” and I have always said “without the students here we are nothing!”
It’s been a difficult year as you all know. But we’re getting through it just fine, and we’re doing lessons in person and online.
Secondly, a huge shout out to all of our teachers! They’ve been working very hard. They’ve all pivoted and adjusted. They’re doing awesome work (A-plus teaching) lessons in person and online. So, thank you teachers for all that you do!
Third, our incredible office and management team is working tirelessly 6 days a week, morning until night to make sure all the wheels on this wagon are turning and moving all of you to becoming better musicians.
Thank you Allison (our office manager) and the office team, Anthony and Emily for doing an excellent job! I really appreciate you all and I know that our clients do as well.

‘WRITING FOR HOPE’ RESULTS
At the start of quarantine, the staff of FMAA decided to organize a songwriting competition to help inspire creativity and uplift the spirits of our fellow musicians. “Dear students, October has passed, Halloween is behind us and now is the time for all us at FMAA to reach out and touch bases with all of you.
As of late September, FMAA reopened to in person lessons as well as our ongoing Online lessons. The process of coming back is happening, we have students who are returning to their one on one lessons and many who are staying online. Our numbers are coming back with new enrollments for both here and online. Things are going well for us here at the Academy!
There is so much coming up for the end of the year two, like our Holiday Showcase. Make sure you are signed up for that!
As we move forward, we will continue these updates and keep everyone in the loop. We find it’s a great tool to communicate with you and give you the latest news.”

Again, we will be holding our 2nd Online Showcase. This is the time for students to shine and show their friends and family what thy have learned.
Each student will do a live performance on Zoom, just like they were on stage. Decorate your performance area, wear your best “gig” clothes and take the world by storm.
Any current student of Fresno Music Academy & Arts is welcome.
The Winter Showcase will take place December 13th, with performance slots at 1:00 pm and 3:00pm.
There will only be 16 participants per time slot, so don’t delay!

ENROLLMENT UPDATE
Let’s talk about the status of the school’s enrollment!
Covid has hit every business in every town in every country of the world hard and, we too took our share of the hard hit. There is nothing so disarming as seeing what you’ve build dwindle. But the dwindle stopped, the majority of our students have stayed and are continuing with their lessons. They are learning and becoming better musicians with every lesson taken online & in person. What’s more encouraging is that we are enrolling new students every day and FMAA is returning to our former state.
We appreciate each of you and we Thank you so very much for your referrals. Your referrals help us and help keep music everywhere. Please keep them coming!
