A WORD FROM OUR FOUNDER
“I keep saying this, but, it’s hard to believe that it was 14 months ago that we had to shutter our shop and move everything to online. We did it, we survived it and we thank all of our students, our teachers and our office staff for making that happen. And, if there was a good that came out of this pandemic, it is that we have online lessons available to anyone for as long as they would like…

In fact, if you are on vacation, or the car won’t start and your son or daughter or family member needs to keep up with their lesson, we can do it online! With a 24 hour notice of an absence, your teacher can record your child’s (or your) lesson and email it to you so that you can keep current with your progress. Also, our group make-ups are back! If you miss a lesson, you can always do a group makeup. And guess what? These lessons never expire. Each is done more like a master class, students learn in an age and lesson appropriate, group makeup setting.
Even better… if you want to add another lesson type to your current lesson, try out a group make-up and see if it fits for you. This month is our first – post pandemic, LIVE Showcase, outdoors at Gazebo Gardens on their stage. We are very excited. The showcase is fully booked. There will be food trucks, covered patio, and for those who want, the beer garden will also be available!
This promises to be a lot of fun. You’ll also hear special guests performing, perhaps your teacher will be one. Extra special guests will be from the Hearts On Fire, Fresno’s ONLY Rock N’ Roll choir. Bring the family and enjoy. Photos of every student will be taken and made available online for purchase.”

We just can’t wait to see everyone down at Gazebo Gardens for our newest showcase!
This is going to be an event to remember, with close to 60 performances, food trucks, drinks, prizes and a lot of fun to be had!

GENERAL INFORMATION:
These camps are going to be a blast! Art and Music go hand in hand- watch your little ones learn the process of making a set and props for their very own Friendship medley showcase!
– Ages 8-16
– We have two modules: Art, and Music!
– They will be scheduled Monday through Friday, with a break between camps on the weekend!
– They are both one week long. You can take both, or just one!
– They’re scheduled 9AM-2PM

PAYMENT INFORMATION:
– Starting cost is $350 per camp, or you can enroll in both for $600!
– There is a $50 (non-refundable) deposit.
– There is a pre-pay option, and we also are capable of setting up a payment plan (three payments).
– We are working on obtaining scholarships for students who are unable to pay the full amount.
– We are looking for parent volunteers to manage snack time, etc. This is to supplement the tuition cost for students who cannot afford the full amount.

🎶 MUSIC FACT 🎶
The Beatles recorded many of their songs at Abbey Road Studio, but on certain occasions, they had to record elsewhere because it was booked up! So, on July 31, 1968 they went to Trident Studio to record the hit song Hey Jude. Queen on the other hand, recorded most of their 70’s albums at Trident…
That means in “Bohemian Rhapsody”, Freddie Mercury plays on the very same piano used by Paul McCartney in “Hey Jude”!

🎸QUICK TIPS 🎸
Guitar players! Did you know that shorter, frequent practice sessions is the tried and true method of developing calluses? You’re far better off playing for 10 minutes at a time several times a day than going for a long 2 hour burst and then not playing again for days.
