Tomorrow is Giving Tuesday!
Dear Friends,
As 2024 comes to an end, we want to take a moment to thank you for your kindness and support of Hearts on Fire Rock N Roll Choir. Your support of Hearts on Fire Rock-n-Roll Choir and donations make it possible for us to provide our community with beautiful music, engaging events, and create a sense of community in the Central Valley with peace and love.
Our exciting news is that this year we created a non-profit to better support our community, spread the joy of music, and promote peace. We aptly named it: Peace Rocks Foundation. Peace stands for: People, Engaging in Arts, Culture, and Education.
Our goal is to share music with every person that crosses our path. Music is a powerful thing. So much is possible through music. Music unites. Music brings people together from all walks of life. We strive to share love and music that opens the hearts of our audience, where strangers sitting side by side can turn into friends. It’s hard to describe, but there’s a moment in a show where the hearts of everyone there are connected through a song. In that moment, there is love and peace. Here’s the link to our 2022 show and the song is called, One Voice by the group The Wallin’ Jennys. Peace Rocks Foundation and Hearts on Fire Rock N Roll Choir seeks to unite our community through music, through the experience of live music that brings our audience together.
This year, “Giving Tuesday” is December 3rd and we encourage you to take a moment and focus on our community and the non-profit organizations that contribute to making Fresno great. Please consider donating to Peace Rocks Foundation. We welcome your in-kind and monetary donations. You can either use this link to DONATE TODAY or send a check to c/o Peace Rocks Foundation 1040 E. Vassar Ave. Fresno, CA 93704. Your donation is tax-deductible and you will receive a letter for your contribution.
With Heartfelt Thanks and Appreciation,
Debi Ruud, Joe Catania, Charlotte Showers, John Alden, Michael Birdsong, & David Brodie
